You will manage day-to-day talent acquisition and recruitment activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Your Profile:

You will have solid talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.

• Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
