Job summary

Xpand Group in London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a CRM-based patient portal, focusing on end-to-end patient pathway and integration with medical records. You will map pathways, gather requirements, and work with clinical, operational, IT and data teams.

Responsibilities include defining CRM and portal requirements, producing user stories, supporting testing/UAT, and ensuring data protection and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience implementing CRM, client/patient portals or workflow systems.
• Proven ability to map end-to-end processes and gather clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end patient pathway from referral through discharge.
• Define CRM and patient portal requirements including patient records, appointments, communications and forms.
• Produce user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Ensure requirements consider patient experience, data protection and governance.
