You will handle meal preparation, dishwashing, utility tasks, and may operate the cash register. Training on HACCP and HIPAA guidelines is provided, with an emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and patient-centered service.

• Operate register and handle close-out and deposits when assigned.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Complete sanitation tasks and daily checklist.
• Maintain proper documentation of temperatures, logs, and pantry supplies.
• Stock stations with food and supplies.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal food-safety regulations.
