You will manage the full patient dining service, including dietary requirements, menu development, stock control and budget accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large-scale catering operation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial awareness with budgets, labour costs and stock control.

• Excellent communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day patient dining service, ensuring patients receive a high-quality meal experience every day.
• Oversee menu planning and nutritional service delivery in partnership with clinical and dietary teams.
• Inspire and develop a diverse team, fostering service excellence and teamwork.
• Manage budgets, labour deployment, stock control and waste reduction.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety policies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance the patient dining experience.
• Lead service improvements and drive continuous quality improvements.
