Job summary

Colosseum Dental Group is seeking a part-time Patient Coordinator at Gayton Road Dental Clinic in Kings Lynn. You will be on the reception desk, coordinating appointments and supporting nurses and dentists to run patient diaries smoothly.

This role focuses on improving patient flow, reducing wasted space, and identifying opportunities to grow the practice while delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and manage diary to maximise diary utilisation.
• Assist on reception desk and collaborate with nurses and dentists.
• Support growth opportunities for the practice.

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Patient Coordinator to join our busy reception desk Gayton Road Dental Clinic, Kings Lynn.

This 4 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene as well as implants, endo and minor oral surgeries to NHS and private patients. The practice has a fantastic, longstanding team and offers free nearby parking or a 10 minute walk from the station.

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Co-Ordinator you will be on the reception desk and you will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.

Hours:Monday - 11:00 - 14:00, Tuesday - 08:00 - 13:00, Friday - 07:45 - 17:15 and Saturday - 08:00 - 14:00
