Job summary

CHEC is expanding its patient services team in the NHS collaboration. The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound/outbound calls about appointments and performing related administrative duties with care and accuracy.

The role requires empathy, excellent communication and strong organisational skills, with a focus on patient confidentiality and quality data handling. DBS checks and safeguarding adherence are part of the employment process.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.The focus of the role is being the first point of contact for our patients, taking inbound and making outbound calls to patients about their appointments. You will perform administration duties as they arise whilst following processes and procedures.
