Nordic Health Group's UK Vein Care is seeking a dedicated part-time receptionist at our Preston clinic, with potential to cover Manchester, West Yorkshire and Carlisle as needed. You will welcome patients, book appointments, maintain records, handle payments, and contribute to a friendly, efficient clinic environment.

The role requires fluent spoken and written English, sociable and service-minded attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently in a dynamic clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after patients
• Helping patients settle in and guiding them through their visit

• Recording and ensuring accurate information in our patient records system
• Handling payments and practical queries
• Capturing the patient experience and gathering feedback
• Helping the clinic feel welcoming and organised and run smoothly throughout the day
