Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a clinician to provide high‑quality, patient‑centred primary care for the Eynsham Medical Group, in line with GMC standards and NICE guidance.

You will deliver care across face‑to‑face, telephone and digital consultations; diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; participate in triage, duty doctor rota and home visits; maintain records and support audits and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with NICE guidance.
• Provide safe, effective medical care via face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Participate in triage, duty doctor rota, and home visits as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement.
• Participate in significant event analysis and safeguarding processes.
• Work collaboratively with the wider MDT and PCN colleagues.
• Support education and supervision of trainees where appropriate.
• Uphold GMC registration, appraisal, revalidation, and CPD.
