Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Sales Specialist to drive the growth of Cronos within CNS, Psychiatry, and ClinRO spaces. You will partner with front-line sales, clients, and internal experts to develop differentiated, high-value solutions and act as a trusted advisor to biopharmaceutical clients.

This role combines deep therapeutic and solution expertise with strategic business development to support client engagements, meet sales targets, and expand IQVIA's market footprint,

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in the ClinRO, CNS, Psychiatry, and Rater Training/Monitoring space.

Responsibilities

• Partner with front-line sales representatives to support and, where appropriate, lead client engagements, with responsibility for developing differentiated, high-quality, value-added solutions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by developing and delivering strategic solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Drive significant and measurable client impact across all engagements.
• Collaborate with the broader sales organization to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead solution-related sales activities, including strategy development, proposal creation, bid defense preparation, and client presentations.
• Ensure a seamless transition of awarded projects from the sales process to project delivery teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor by applying consultative problem-solving and solution-selling techniques.
• Identify emerging industry trends and client needs, partnering with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and geographic leaders to develop innovative and commercially viable offerings.
