IQVIA is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Sales Specialist to drive growth for Cronos in the CNS, Psychiatry, and ClinRO space. You will partner with front-line sales teams and clients, leading solution development to deliver high-value, patient-centered research solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with front-line sales reps to support and lead client engagements with differentiated solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering strategic, high-value solutions.
Drive measurable client impact across engagements.
Collaborate to pursue new business with existing and prospective accounts.
Lead solution-related activities: strategy, proposals, bids, client presentations.
Ensure smooth transition of awarded projects to delivery teams.
Act as a trusted advisor applying consultative problem-solving and solution-selling.
Identify industry trends and partner with CoEs to develop innovative offerings.
