Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

You will deliver safe, compassionate care, monitor patients, set up equipment and record vital signs while collaborating with nurses and other care team members. Flexible schedule required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to stand for long shifts.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience.
