We are recruiting experienced Patient Care – Sales Advisors for our Contact Centre in Glasgow.

Core responsibilities include:

• Engaging with patients post-surgery consultations, discussing vision correction benefits.
• Providing clear guidance, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections.
• Managing your diary, scheduling follow-up calls, and booking appointments.
• Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and building trust.
• Accurately recording patient information and handling queries promptly.
• Collaborating with medical and administrative teams for a smooth patient experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Achieving and exceeding performance targets related to patient conversion, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Monitoring KPIs like conversion rates and patient satisfaction.
