Convatec in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer care and support orders for Amcare by Convatec customers. The role focuses on prompt responses, order processing, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, aiming to grow business value.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer services, strong empathy, and excellent English communication. You will work to KPI targets within a team supporting diverse healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer services experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Empathy and active listening essential.
• Ability to work with healthcare professionals.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM and telephony systems.

Responsabilités

• Support customers by phone, electronically and face to face.
• Process customer orders via inbound/outbound calls, email and post.
• Respond promptly to customer and colleague enquiries.
• Maintain complete, accurate records in the CRM system.
• Maximise referral opportunities and pass leads to the referral specialist.
• Develop relationships with customers to strengthen retention and the me+ programme.
