The Senior Optical Advisor role involves making patients feel comfortable and providing a 5-star service. Ideal candidates enjoy meeting new people and have strong communication skills with patients and ophthalmic professionals.

Based in our Manchester clinics, your daily responsibilities may include:

1. Building strong relationships with patients
2. Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training provided)
3. Relaying patient information confidently to the optometrist for a smooth patient journey
4. Maintaining accurate patient records
5. Arranging finance options suitable for each patient
6. Scheduling consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons

The successful candidate will:
