Circle Health Group’s Albyn Hospital in Aberdeen is recruiting a part-time Patient Administrator to join the Administration department. The role is 20 hours per week, with a flexible rolling shift pattern (06:00–16:30) including weekends.
The successful candidate will support the patient journey and administration processes. We welcome applicants who have Maths and English GCSEs at A–C (or equivalent), PC proficiency, and experience in private healthcare as a plus.

We have an opportunity for a Patient Administrator to join their team of staff in theAdministrationdepartment.
This is a part time role for 20 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern. Working hours are from 06:00 - 16:30 on a rolling rota to include weekends.
Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
Ensure the Circle Health Group best practice process maps are followed, to provide an efficient, professional and standard service to all patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
Ensure All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
To manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act. Ensuring appropriate measures are taken in respect of Health and Safety for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff and contractors.
You comply with all relevant mandatory training.
Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial.
