Job summary

The Beardwood Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Bank Patient Administrator to support the administration team. The role is on an "as and when required" basis to cover busy periods, annual leave, or staff absences.

Responsibilities include handling patient queries, mail management, and processing bookings while adhering to Circle Health Group's best-practice processes and health and safety standards. Previous private healthcare administration experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grades A to C or equivalent.
• Proficient in using a PC and office software/systems.
• Experience in private healthcare administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administration process.
• Follow best practice processes to provide a standard service to patients and staff.
• Handle all patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings via email.
• Maintain Health and Safety awareness and act on key safety measures.
• Complete mandatory training as required.
