Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Patient Care Advisor to be the first point of contact for patients accessing the practice. You will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, signposting to the right services and supporting safe, efficient practice operations.

You will welcome patients, handle calls, manage appointments, promote NHS digital services, and assist with patient registrations and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous, professional and compassionate manner.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously; book, amend and cancel appointments using SystmOne.
• Support patients with SystmConnect and NHS App access; signpost to appropriate services.
• Process new patient registrations and update demographic information.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team and maintain patient records.
