Job summary

England Netball is seeking a Performance Pathway Operations Coordinator to provide high-level logistical and administrative support across the Performance Pathway programmes. This role will report to the Performance Director and collaborate with the Roses Pathway Head Coach to coordinate camps, travel, accommodation, venues and budgets.

You will manage athlete eligibility and registration for competitions, lead squad logistics for camps and championships, and act as primary contact for events

Qualifications

• High level logistical and administrative support across Performance Pathway programmes.
• Strong coordination of camps, travel, accommodation, venues and budgets.
• Experience managing teams, events or tours is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead camp and calendar planning, travel, accommodation and venue arrangements.
• Track budgets and perform risk assessments for activities and trips.
• Act as Team Manager for camps, major championships and overseas tours.
• Manage athlete eligibility, registration and squad logistics for competitions.
