Job summary

England Netball is seeking a Performance Pathway Operations Coordinator to provide a high level of logistical and administrative support to all staff and athletes across the Performance Pathway programmes.

The role includes leading camp and calendar planning, travel, accommodation and venue arrangements, budget tracking and risk assessment, and acting as Team Manager for camps, major championships and overseas tours.

• Track budgets and conduct risk assessments.

• Coordinate communications with athletes, parents, NSL clubs and partner programmes such as DiSE, TASS and Sports Aid.
• Champion athlete wellbeing and welfare in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

England Netball is seeking a Performance Pathway Operations Coordinator to provide a high level of logistical and administrative support to all staff and athletes across the Performance Pathway programmes.

Reporting to the Performance Director and working closely with the Roses Pathway Head Coach, you will lead camp and calendar planning, travel, accommodation and venue arrangements, budget tracking and risk assessment, and act as Team Manager for camps, major championships and overseas tours.

You will also be the primary point of contact for competitions including the Europe Netball Championships, Commonwealth Youth Games and World Youth Cup - managing athlete eligibility and registration, squad logistics and agreed budgets, and championing athlete wellbeing and welfare throughout. Effective communication with athletes, parents, NSL clubs and partner programmes such as DiSE, TASS and Sports Aid is central to the role.

You will be exceptionally organised, calm under pressure and confident managing complex group travel, budgets and stakeholders, joining a passionate and ambitious team committed to England Netball's long-term international success.

Travel: Extensive UK and international travel will be required
