Responsibilities

• Management and delivery of multiple concurrent pathology projects ranging from small operational initiatives to major transformation programmes exceeding £1 million in value.
• Projects may impact a small specialist team or large-scale organisational groups across multiple services and professional staff groups.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, suppliers, stakeholders and senior leadership groups across the organisation.
• Development and maintenance of project plans, governance documentation, reporting arrangements, risk management processes and implementation schedules.
• Provide project reporting and assurance through the Pathology Programme Manager, Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) and Project Boards.
