Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Pathology Network Project Manager to drive the Network’s Transformation Programme across Sussex. The role will be hosted by ESHT but based across the Sussex Pathology Network, including ESHT, UHSussex and QVH.

The post requires PRINCE2 and APMP knowledge, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across multiple organisations. Salary is £49,387–£56,515 per year, with 37.5 hours per week and a mix of on-site and remote working.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
• Evidence of CPD documented to Master’s degree level or equivalent
• PRINCE 2 Foundation Certified
• APMP Introduction

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of projects within the Network’s Transformation Programme with Heads of Pathology, clinical and digital teams across Sussex.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple organisations and stakeholders.
