Qualifications

• Experience in intellectual property and predominantly patent litigation.
• Exposure to the life sciences and/or tech sectors.
• Strong academic background with a STEM degree mandatory.
• Intellectual curiosity, with an interest and passion for technology and its intersection with the law.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex patent and SPC disputes for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Involved in UPC litigation and related proceedings as part of a growing practice.
