Qualifications

Experience in intellectual property and predominantly patent litigation.
Exposure to the life sciences and/or tech sectors.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

Handle complex patent and SPC disputes for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Involved in UPC litigation and related proceedings as part of a growing practice.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic IP solutions for major clients.
