Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified UK Solicitor or Barrister with substantial patent litigation experience.
• Senior Associate level experience within a leading IP or litigation practice.
• Proven life sciences patent litigation experience
• Experience with, or strong knowledge of, UPC proceedings

The successful candidate will play a key role in complex patent litigation matters, with a particular focus on life sciences. You will be involved in high-value disputes before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and UK High Court, alongside multi-jurisdictional litigation across Europe and other key international markets. The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with leading practitioners on sophisticated and strategically important patent disputes.
