Approach Personnel Ltd in Swadlincote is seeking experienced plasterers, patchers and boarders for a busy housing construction site. The role involves patching, boarding, finishing prep and snagging on site from 8am to 5pm, on temporary basis with ASAP start.

Candidates must have CSCS, own tools, PPE, and a proven eye for quality and detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team and deliver high standards on time.

Locations: Swadlincote Job Type: Temporary Pay: Dependent on experience and role Start: ASAP Hours: 8am-5pm

We are currently looking for experienced patchers, skimmers, boarders and dabbers to join a busy housing construction project based in Swadlincote.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out patching and making-good works
• Boarding
• Filling holes, cracks and imperfections
• Preparing walls and ceilings ready for finishing
• Completing snagging and remedial works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working safely and efficiently alongside other trades on site
