Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd are seeking experienced plasterers, boarders and skimmers for a busy housing construction project in Telford. This temporary role starts ASAP with typical hours 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will work on patching, boarding, finishing, and snagging, ensuring high-quality results on site. Applicants must have patching/plastering experience, a valid CSCS card, own tools and PPE, and be reliable with a strong work ethic.

We are currently looking for experienced patchers, skimmers, boarders and dabbers to join a busy housing construction project based in Telford.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out patching and making-good works
• Boarding
• Filling holes, cracks and imperfections
• Preparing walls and ceilings ready for finishing
• Completing snagging and remedial works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working safely and efficiently alongside other trades on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in patching, plastering or making-good works
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and PPE
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
