Pre-opening Pastry Sous Chef – art’otel London Hoxton

We are recruiting for a passionatePastry Sous Chef for what is set to be one of the most talked about restaurants in Hoxton!

Located on the 25th floor of the art’otel Hoxton this 70 cover restaurant promises a dazzling skyline view with its own 110 cover destination cocktail bar.

The culinary vision is inspired by the flavours of the Côte d’Azur focusing on Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine fusing sunshine cuisine with contemporary dining.

As a Master of your Craft, you will …

  • Have proven experience making and creating exceptional desserts and pastries
  • Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean pastry techniques
  • Ideally you will have experience working in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture.
  • Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
  • Apply your knowledge & share best practice regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability.

As ourPastry Sous Chef, you will receive:

  • Salary: £38000 per year plus Tronc
