Job summary

Emberwood sits at the heart of the Francis Hotel Bath and is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This onsite role runs five days a week with shifts, offering a salary between £33,950 and £39,950 (OTE), including a basic of £33,950 plus around £6,000 in Tronc based on monthly averages.

You will have the chance to work across kitchen sections, with pastry shifts an advantage, and may cover the Pastry Chef during days off.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Pastry shifts experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work across kitchen sections and support pastry when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work across different sections of the kitchen with occasional pastry shifts.
• Provide cover for the Pastry Chef during days off and holidays.
