What you will do as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie

  • Prepare and organize ingredients, ensuring accurate portioning and proper storage.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including labeling and cleanliness.
  • Assist in the daily production of pastries, including baking, decorating, and plating.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service and timely preparation.

Proven Experience in pastry preparation , creativity, and strong teamwork. Skilled in pastry techniques, presentation, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
