Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our Main Kitchen Pastry team. You will support daily pastry operations, preparing a wide range of desserts and baked goods, collaborating with the Pastry Chef de Partie and team to uphold luxury quality.

In this role you will develop pastry skills in a high-end hospitality environment, with a 40-hour week, five shifts, and opportunities to grow within a global luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Previous pastry kitchen experience preferred.
• Passion for pastry, baking and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, bakery items, and plated desserts.
• Support mise en place and service preparation.
• Maintain presentation, quality and consistency to a luxury standard.
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, HACCP and health and safety procedures.
• Support stock rotation and minimise waste in the pastry kitchen.
