Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is recruiting a Pastry Commis Chef for Pavyllon. Our restaurant, led by renowned Chef Yannick Alléno, boasts 1 Michelin Star. Chef Alléno is celebrated for his innovative approach to Modern French cuisine, combining French techniques with British ingredients to create a contemporary dining experience.
The Pastry Commis Chef Role
The Pastry Commis Chef will prepare mise-en-place, items, and dishes with the Pastry Kitchen team. You will assist in creating menu items and ensure all health and safety practices are followed.
