Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. in London is seeking a Pastry Chef to join a premium corporate kitchen, working on high-volume cakes, desserts and pastry products with a supportive team.

You will collaborate with the Senior Pastry Chef and breakfast/other shifts, produce fresh items daily, and benefit from on-site meals and development opportunities.

This 6-month fixed-term contract offers regular hours 6:30am to 2:45pm, with focus on quality, speed, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a pastry kitchen or similar role.
• Ability to produce a variety of cakes, desserts and pastry products.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality cakes, desserts and pastry products for a busy corporate kitchen.
• Work alongside the Senior Pastry Chef and wider pastry team to maintain standards.
• Support high-volume production while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
