Searcys is seeking a Pastry Chef to join Stationers' Hall, London. You will lead all desserts and pastry for bespoke dinners, large corporate events and outdoor functions, delivering exceptional quality for discerning guests.

You'll collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and cost menus, mentor junior team members, and maintain high standards across diverse events at a Grade I listed venue. This is a 0-hour/variable contract with shift payments in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for high-end pastry
• Experience in event pastry production optional but desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end venue environment

Responsabilités

• To have sole responsibility of all desserts and pastry for all events.
• To ensure the food remains to the highest quality and consistency across all events.
• To manage food and produce ordering by keeping a record of wastage, stock holding and any food cost concerns.
• To work with the HeadChef with the development and costing of menus, ensuring we are keeping up to date with the latest trends.
• To assist the other sections where necessary
• Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable
• Able to to work effectively as part of a team
