Taste Hospitality Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a unique Michelin-starred restaurant offering modern, globally inspired cuisine in a bright, contemporary setting.

This role features a £44k package and a four-day working week, with opportunity to develop pastry skills within a creative kitchen team.

Competenze

• Experience in a quality restaurant kitchen, ideally fine-dining or Michelin-recognised environment.
• Strong technical pastry foundation with creativity and precision.
• Ability to deliver high-standard desserts and pastry elements.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility for the pastry section, ensuring preparation and service run smoothly
• Prepare and deliver high-quality desserts and pastry elements with exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain consistency in flavour, texture, presentation and execution
• Work closely with the Head Chef, senior kitchen team and wider brigade to deliver a cohesive menu
• Contribute ideas and creativity to the pastry offering
• Ensure your section is organised, clean and fully prepared for service
• Maintain excellent food hygiene standards and manage ingredients carefully to minimise waste
