InterContinental Hotels Group (Manchester Deansgate) is seeking a Pastry Chef De Partie to join our luxury hotel team. You will prepare and present pastries and desserts with style, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and work closely with chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic setting.

In this full-time role, demonstrate expertise in pastry production, collaborate across sections, and uphold high standards of safety and quality as we transition to the InterContinental brand

As a Pastry Chef De Partie (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties.

• Preparing and presenting our pastries and desserts with style and precision (you will be creating excellent culinary and visual experiences for our guests) – experience working as a Pastry CDP within a similar environment is essential for this role!
• Ensuring our Kitchen environment is safe and organised (you will work with our Team of chefs to ensure a safe environment for everyone) -City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent qualification is required.
• Working within a Team (you will be working closely with all levels of Chefs and expected to help each other out when needed) – clear communication and being a team player is the type of person we are looking for!
