Pastry Chef de Partie - Award Winning Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at this beautiful, award-winning hotel. Located in a magnificent setting with stunning views, our hotel offers a fantastic culture that values staff welfare and wellbeing.

The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, traditional puddings, and other sweet creations for various settings including large conferences, events, the restaurant, and afternoon tea services. This role presents a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent planning and time management abilities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
