Opened in 1834 as a Coaching Inn, University Arms is Cambridge’s oldest Hotel. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section within the pastry kitchen. You will prepare and present high-quality pastry items, ensuring every plate is consistent, creative, and beautifully crafted.
