Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support children's social, emotional and mental health to prepare them to learn.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group pastoral support and help access classroom learning.
• Plan and deliver engaging pastoral activities reflecting Christian values.
• Plan and deliver curriculum activities reflecting Christian values.
• Record progress and communicate with teachers and pastoral lead.
• Support positive behaviour and inclusion in line with policies.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in meetings and whole-school initiatives.
