Position: Pastoral Assistant

Location: Norton College, Worcester, WR5 2BA

Salary: GBP21,781.21 per annum (Salaried - not pro rata)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastoral Assistant to join our close-knit team at Norton College in Worcester.

About the role

1. Support the Head of School to ensure the smooth running of the College.
2. Undertake duties delegated by the Head of School, with specific responsibilities varying according to the College's needs.
3. Assist the SLT and Pastoral Lead in engaging with students to help them access lessons, vocational activities, and both on-site and off-site activities.
4. Act as a designated key worker for one or two students, ensuring their needs are met and their voices heard.
5. Be a positive role model to students.

GCSE or equivalent qualification required.
