We are seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to support students with Learning Disabilities and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) in Littlemore, Oxford.
The role involves working with primary and secondary students aged 2 to 19 years old, supporting their emotional and behavioural needs, and promoting their academic development. The ideal candidate is compassionate, resilient, and eager to learn. The school provides excellent training in behaviour support and mental health, and the role includes liaising with external professionals, managing EHCPs, and engaging with families.
