Job summary

Cockburn Multi-Academy Trust invites applications for a Pastoral Support Worker. You will play a key role supporting pupils’ welfare, behaviour and engagement within a vibrant school community.

This permanent, part-time post is 30 hours over four days per week, term time only plus four training days, pro-rata. The school offers induction, CPD opportunities and a supportive leave policy.

Post: Pastoral Support Worker

Required: November 2026

Pay scale and salary: C3, SCP 19-22 (£33,119 - £34,811 per annum FTE)

£22,978 - £24,152 actual salary

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: 30 hours, 4 days per week term time only plus 4 additional training days (pro-rata)
