This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our pastoral team. We are looking for a proactive, firm and compassionate person to join our fantastic team of pastoral support staff. Our innovative Pastoral Hub comprises a variety of spaces, including an alternative provision unit, pastoral referral room and wellbeing space, to bring all aspects of student support together in the heart of the College. Our staff work very closely together to give our students the best possible support, sharing best practice and ensuring that students can succeed regardless of their circumstances. You can expect to work with students with all kinds of pastoral needs, from mental health and anxiety, medical needs, special educational needs and those accessing alternative provision.
