Job summary

The Richmond Primary Academy in Skegness is seeking a Pastoral Support HLTA to help pupils be successful, happy, safe and reach their full potential. The post holder will provide high-quality pastoral, behavioural and emotional support to pupils and assist families as needed.

This permanent, part-time role is 30 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, supporting the Senior Leadership Team and SENCo to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering pastoral, behavioural and emotional support.
• HLTA role experience or equivalent responsibility within a school.
• Ability to work with pupils and families to remove barriers to learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pastoral, behavioural and emotional support to pupils.
• Support pupils to be successful, happy and safe and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with SLT, SENCo and safeguarding leads as part of a team.
