Job summary

Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy in Derby is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant to join our busy school. The post supports pupils, staff, families, and external agencies to improve learning and welfare in a safeguarding-focused environment.

We offer regular CPD, a supportive culture, and a commitment to reducing workload. The role is based on-site at the Derby city campus, aligned with the St Ralph Sherwin MAT values and trust-wide development.
