A fantastic school based in Headington has an opportunity for a recent graduate or passionate individual to join their staff as a Pastoral Support Assistant. The school provide education to students from a diverse range of backgrounds and have social, emotional and mental health challenges. The Pastoral Support Assistant will play a crucial part in the children learning independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

The responsibilities of the Pastoral Support Assistant role:
* Providing 1-1 support to students
* Acting as a role model
* Creating a nurturing safe space
* Encouraging students to follow self-investigation
* Facilitate therapeutic techniques
* Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 3:30
