The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a commitment to maintaining Health and Safety standards within an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children.
• Understanding of and ability to implement Health and Safety standards in an educational environment.
• The ability to deal with students in a fair, patient and firm manner.
• The ability to liaise with both the support staff and teaching staff at the school and to work with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Foster a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people.
• Support welfare and well-being of learners on a day-to-day basis.
