Star Academies is seeking a dedicated pastoral support professional to foster a caring environment at Eden Girls' Leadership Academy, Manchester. You will place pupil welfare at the heart of the school and provide counselling and guidance to learners and families.

Joining a committed team, you will use excellent organisational skills and a collaborative approach to support pupils, staff and the wider community while upholding safeguarding and equality across the academy network.

Qualifications

• We seek a candidate with experience supporting young people in schools.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Experience providing counselling or pastoral support within a school setting.
