Job summary

Queen Mary's Grammar School is seeking a Pastoral Officer to support students from Year 7 to Year 13, promoting positive choices and high behavioural standards within the Mercian Trust. The role is term-time only, permanent, 37 hours per week, with a start in November or December.

Enhanced DBS checks apply and visa sponsorship is not available. The successful candidate will lead restorative behavioural practice, manage discipline matters, oversee behaviour data systems and liaise with parents.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour management and safeguarding preferred.
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports on behaviour trends.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.
