Job summary

Kirkheaton Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Officer to support pupils, families and staff, promoting wellbeing, attendance and positive behaviour. You will be a trusted adult, helping children overcome barriers to learning and ensuring safeguarding and inclusion are at the heart of daily practice.

Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them thrive? We are looking for a caring, resilient and approachable Pastoral Officer to join our friendly primary school team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with pupils, families and staff to promote wellbeing, attendance, positive behaviour and safeguarding. You will be a trusted adult for children, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
