Job summary

Just Teachers Ltd in Grantham (NG31) are recruiting for a full-time Pastoral Mentor at a specialist SEMH school, starting in September, to support pupils aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will deliver pastoral interventions, promote wellbeing and attendance, and work closely with staff and families to help students access education and build resilience.

Qualifications

• SEMH experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient and resilient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to provide two professional references covering the last two years of employment, education or training.
