Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a Good-rated secondary school to appoint a Pastoral Leader focused on student wellbeing, behaviour and attendance. The role involves leading SEMH interventions, applying Trauma Perceptive Practice (TPP) knowledge, and working with staff, families and external agencies to help students thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with wellbeing and safeguarding needs.
• Knowledge of Trauma Perceptive Practice (TPP).
• Ability to lead SEMH interventions and work with external agencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, families and students.
• Data-informed approach to tracking behaviour and attendance.
